Description (Service) Provides academic accommodation support to students with living with a disability within the University environment 
  • accommodation plans are based on current documentation from a qualified health professional regarding the disability-related needs
  • both permanent and temporary disabilities are accommodated
Qualified professionals include: 
  • Physician
  • Neurologist
  • Audiologist
  • Ophthalmologist
  • Psychologist
  • Psychiatrist
  • Neuropsychologist
  • Other medical practitioner who is authorized to provide a clinical diagnosis
Service Details
Hours Sep-Apr: Mon-Fri 10 am-12 noon, 12:30 pm-3 pm 
May-Aug: Mon-Fri 9 am- 12 noon, 13:30 pm-4 pm 
During final exam periods: Mon-Fri 2:30 pm- 4 pm

Eligibility Must be a Trent University Students (part-time or full-time)
Application Complete a Pre-Intake Questionnaire to connect with a SAS Advisor in preparation to the first appointment to develop the accommodation plan.
