Description (Service)

Helps youth search for housing, move in and remain housed.

  • offers regular check-ins and provides referrals to other supports
  • works with landlords to help build positive relationships with youth
  • Supports youth in diverting from homelessness, as well as preventing entry into homelessness through early intervention in precarious housing situations

YES also provides a Trustee Worker for Youth to support youth who require trustee financial services to remain housed.

Hours Office: Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm, some evenings and weekends
