Description (Service) Improving the quality of life for people living with developmental disabilities. Provides opportunities for learning and skill development in the areas of employment, recreation, volunteerism and community involvement. Programs aim to support people of different abilities to: 
* foster and value real friendships  
* make informed choices, respecting personal safety and security 
* honour personal worth and citizenship 
* promote life-long learning 
* live a safe, healthy and active lifestyle, enjoying life and having fun with families, friends and neighbours
