Provides door to door transportation services by appointment to people with disabilities

• Low floor or lift equipped special purpose buses can accommodate both wheelchair and walk-on passengers
• The service is provided door to door and all trips are made by making a reservation.
  
• Trips can be reserved up to two weeks in advance
• Same day trip requests can be accommodated if space is available

You must be registered as an Accessible Van Service user before making a reservation for a ride.

• All riders must be registered with the service
• Application forms are available online or at Simcoe Street Bus Terminal and need to be endorsed by a medical practitioner
• For support persons, riders must apply for a support person pass
• Support person pass belongs to the rider and can be applied to one support person per trip
