Hours | Mon-Fri 10 am-1 pm Blood Pressure Clinics: 3rd Tue of the month 10 am-11:30 am, no appointment required. |

Eligibility | 60 years and older 18 years and older with physical challenges Valid Ontario Health Card required |
Application | Self referral or family member. Some services are free, many services have a nominal fee; No cost to register as a client. Registration required for services |
