Description

Description (Service) A four county (City of Kawartha Lakes, Peterborough, Haliburton, and Northumberland) intervention program that helps individuals who are experiencing a first episode of psychosis get their lives back on track and stay well.

Works with individuals and their families to identify challenges and develop an individual treatment plan.

Application Call for an appointment. Referrals from family members, friends, treating physicians or self-referral.
