| Description (Service) | In an immediate crisis go to the Emergency Department or contact the Four County Community Mental Health Crisis Response Program at 705-745-6484 or 1-866-995-9933 * 24 hours a day, seven days a week Outpatient program offers treatment for children and adolescents with significant mental health difficulties and their families. Multidisciplinary team of social workers, psychologists, dieticians and psychiatrists. Services include:
