| Description (Service) | Supports health and wellbeing of seniors, adults with physical challenges, caregivers and communities in the County of Peterborough. This office provides central administration and volunteer development for the eight Community Care branches located in Apsley, Buckhorn, Chemung, Havelock, Lakefield, Millbrook, Norwood and Peterborough. Services include: Meals on Wheels, blood pressure clinic, brokered home help and home maintenance, diners' club, exercise and falls prevention classes, friendly visiting, grocery shopping/delivery, health and wellness programs, information and referral, intergenerational programs, Lifeline, medical equipment program, shopping buddy, telephone reassurance checks, accessible transportation.
