Eligibility | Annual gross family income less than: 1 family member: $18,795 2 family members: $32,131 3 family members: $39,352 4 family members: $45,289 5 or more family members: $50,803 Single boarders: $12,330 Low-income applicants with an income above these levels may qualify for a Legal Aid Certificate with a contribution agreement. Required to make monthly payments to repay some or all legal fees Individuals experiencing domestic violence may be eligible under a separate set of income eligibility guidelines See full eligibility criteria at legalaid.on.ca/eligibility |
