| Description (Service) | Main Administration delivers Finance, overall Administration, Education, Employment and Training, Lands, Housing, Economic Development, Core Consultation and Water Operations. * Registration of vital statistics including births, deaths, marriages and transfer of band members. * Health Services includes: Alcohol and Drug Prevention, Community Health Representative, Community Health Nurse, Social Services, Child Care Centre, Child/Youth services, Homemaking Services. * Hiawatha First Nation also owns the Old Railroad Stop (ORRS) has a Gas Bar, Gift Shop and Store, in addition to leasing the Restaurant. * Other notable interests are Serpent Mounds, Hiawatha Tent and Trailer Park, Fire Department which houses the First Response Team and Aboriginal Policing Services. |
