Description (Service)

Monthly meetings in-person and via Zoom

A club for people who have an interest in understanding nature in all of its forms and conservation of the environment.

  • Offers monthly meetings, field trips, and nature hikes open to the public. Registration required.
  • Publish The Orchid bulletin.
  • Support projects including: citizen science inventories of the local flora and fauna, stewardship initiatives and student research projects.
  • Junior club (ages 5-12 years).
  • Sponsor local youth to attend Nature Camp and the Ontario Nature Youth Summit.
  • Has published a number of books on regional flora and fauna.
