Description (Service) Grass-roots organization dedicated to reducing dependence on fossil fuels and localizing the economy to create a more vital and resilient community in the face of climate change, resource depletion, and economic instability.

  • Founded Kawartha Loon Local currency monetized through Alterna Peterborough Community Savings. Complimentary Currency to the Canadian dollar .
