Service Details
| Public Comments | Staff and volunteers will begin to take calls for the Christmas Assistance Program 2024 beginning Tuesday October 15, 2024. Please call 705-742-4391 ext. 2, leave a clear detailed message including your name and phone number. Someone will return your call as soon as possible. Please do not leave messages at any other extension. Leaving a message at another extension may risk your chance of receiving an appointment, if the message is missed or delayed. Pick up for Christmas will run Dec 9 - 20, 2024 between 9:30 am and 3:30 pm. Identification for all members of the household who are accessing the program will be required. Anyone wishing to donate food or toys can leave a message with the food bank at 705-742-4391 ext. 1. If you are looking to provide a monetary donation you can leave a message at 705-742-4391 ext. 8 or 257 or can be received at Community and Family Services located at 219 Simcoe St. |
