* Provides services to support Deaf, deafened and hard of hearing people 16 years and older. * Special Assistance to help consumers overcome language and cultural barriers in everyday living situations; * Short-Term Intervention to assist consumers to deal with an immediate, urgent situation by providing brief intervention; * Case Management to help consumers who need coordinated long-term support in the community; * Supportive Counseling to help individuals and their families find solutions to challenges of everyday living; * Restoration to enable independent functioning by providing coping strategies, information on communication devices and emotional support; * Referral Service to assist consumers to obtain help from other community services; * Consumer Advocacy to promote and support community services to be accessible to culturally deaf, oral deaf, deafened and hard of hearing consumers.
