Description (Service) Provides: communication, education, counseling and support services including:  
* counseling and support services available for families, caregivers and service providers of clients  
* information about assistive listening devices provided and help given with ordering and installation  
* hearing help classes offer a supportive group environment for hard of hearing individuals by providing a step by step approach to coping with hearing loss

Eligibility Ages: 55 year(s) and up 
Culturally Deaf, Oral Deaf, Deafened, or Hard of Hearing * program is for anyone over the age of 55 with an acquired hearing loss, or persons older than 19 with an acquired hearing loss and a physical illness, frailty, or physical disability
