Description (Service) Association of downtown core businesses:
  • promotes the downtown area to help businesses thrive and prosper
  • beautifies the downtown with holiday decorations, streetscaping, flower baskets and pots
  • liaises with the Mayor, Peterborough City Council, and tourist organizations
  • sponsors special events that bring people downtown and supports other organizations holding events in the downtown
  • acts as an information resource for members

Boundaries North to Murray St, South to Dalhousie St, West to Bethune St, East to Hunter St Bridge
Eligibility Members must have a business or property within the defined boundaries or may be an associate member

Residency Requirements: North to Murray St, South to Dalhousie St, West to Bethune St, East to Hunter St Bridge
Application Businesses within the improvement area boundaries are automatically members. Businesses outside the boundaries can obtain an associate membership by contacting the office by telephone or via email.
