Description

Description (Service) A youth friendly community forum that is open to all members of the public.
  • Focus of this committee is to address issues and concerns facing youth in the community and to celebrate the good work youth are doing in the community.
  • Addresses the concerns of youth through its vision of Strong Youth, Enriched Community.
  • The group and community partners have developed initiatives that focus on the needs of youth including: Establishing the Downtown Youth Space- free drop in recreational program, Youth Council, Free bus transportation for youth who volunteer at activities and programs throughout the city, Hosting of National Youth Week Events annually May 1st-7th

Hours COVID19 Meetings are temporarily held virtually via ZOOM or TEAMS
