Description (Service) An organization that supports individuals experiencing homelessness and/or criminalization through housing, employment, outreach and support programs. 
Programs include:
  • Housing: Provides affordable, safe, and sustainable housing supports for those who have experienced homelessness in Peterborough. 
  • Circles of Support and Accountability (CoSA): Support for individuals who have been incarcerated for committing sexual offences, are being released into the community, and wish to carry out crime-free lives  
  • Haley House: Halfway house for individuals coming out of federal prison who are palliative or struggle with significant health concerns. 
  • Employment Program: Provides job opportunities to individuals with barriers to traditional employment. 
  • Outreach: Support for individuals experiencing homelessness and not accessing the current shelter system. 
  • Community Development: Programs that allow for individuals to express themselves through art, music and advocacy. 
  • Peterborough Vet Outreach: Free monthly vet clinic for Peterborough residents on ODSP or OW.
