Description (Service) | Provides programs to improve the quality of life for Aboriginal people Activities and programs include: * youth and community action program for children * community kitchen * community development program * Aboriginal family support program * criminal and family court worker program * health outreach, healing and wellness program * monthly good food box * Aboriginal community legal clinic * long term care program * cultural resource coordinator Weekly events include: an Aboriginal parenting program, sewing circle, Ojibway language, drumming, outfit making class and special events at various times such as luncheons and children's plays. |
