| Description (Service) | Eastholme is a 128 bed long term care facility with private, semi-private rooms and basic rooms * 24 hour nursing care * 2 veterans beds Eastholme also co-ordinates some community support services which are partially subsidized by the Ministry of Health and Long-term Care * The services are primarily for people who are frail and elderly, have disabilities or other special needs, as well as others * Services include meals on wheels, congregate dining, and a transportation service * See separate records for more details |
