Description
Description (Service) Program assists individuals unable to complete their income tax and benefit return themselves and are unable to pay for assistance, the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP) may be able to assist. Volunteers can help complete the income tax and benefit return if income is low and tax situation is simple.  
 
Volunteers do not complete income tax and benefit returns for deceased persons, bankrupt individuals, or individuals who have capital gains or losses, employment expenses, or business or rental income and expenses. 
 
Will complete current year and prior year returns

Eligibility Low income individuals who meet the following household income criteria: 
 
Single Up to $30,000 
Couple Up to $40,000 
One adult with child Up to $35,000 * add $2500 for each additional dependent
Application Call for appointment * walk in service may be available
