Description (Service) | For individuals unable to complete their income tax and benefit return themselves and are unable to pay for assistance, the Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP) may be able to assist. Volunteers can help complete the income tax and benefit return if income is low and tax situation is simple. |

Suggested maximum income levels should serve as a guideline only. Family size and total family income: 1 person $35,000 2 persons $45,000 3 persons $47,500 4 persons $50,000 5 persons $52,500 More than 5 persons $52,500 plus $2,500 for each additional person Volunteers do not prepare tax returns for complex situations such as: Eligible taxpayers normally served by the CVITP include: |
