COVID-19 Resources are available at https://mps.cmha.ca/news/covid-19-resources Assessment, counselling, case management and referral services to all persons who have been adversely impacted by substance use and gambling * prevention of harmful substance use through public education and awareness initiatives * adopts a flexible, individualized approach ranging from harm reduction to abstinence Programs and Services offered: * Intake * RAAM clinic * Harm Reduction * Individual and Group Addictions and Mental Health Treatment * Family Member Addiction and Mental Health Counselling * Walk-In Clinic * Youth Addiction Counselling * Concurrent Disorders * Addiction Supportive Housing (ASH) * Mental Health Supportive Housing * Opioid Treatment/Case Management Support * Ontario Works-Addiction Services Initiative(ASI) * Back On Track (Ontario's Remedial Measures Program) * Community Prevention and Awareness * Psychogeriatrics Program * Assertive Community Treatment * Case Management * Early Psychosis Intervention * Aboriginal Mental Health Program Services are also available out of the Burk's Falls and District Health Centre, 150 Huston Street, Burk's Falls and at 87 Main St in Sundridge |
