| Description (Service) | Offers full and/or half-day child care programs for toddler and preschool aged children. Registered Early Childhood Educators are inspired by 'How Does Learning Happen?' Ontario's Pedagogy for the Early Years and Emergent Curriculum. Supports the Ministry of Education's vision that children are competent, capable of complex thinking, curious, and rich in potential. Provides a safe, secure, healthy and enriching environment for preschool children. Offers an environment of inclusion where children and their families are supported. Inclusion promotes belonging, engagement, well-being and expression for everyone. Highlands Early Learning and Child Care Centre is licensed under the Child Care and Early Years Act by the Ministry of Education. |
