Offers research, information, support, and empowerment to people with disabilities in the Districts of Parry Sound and Muskoka.

Programs include:

• Direct Funding - Self-Managed Attendant Services Program: Allows people with permanent physical disabilities to become employers of their own attendant services.
• Referrals for individuals to community programs, workshops and other community agencies.
• Group support; a comfortable atmosphere for learning new skills.
• Information for areas such as education, employment, housing, recreation and leisure.
• Creating, producing and distributing the Coffee Break Newsletter (1000 copies) biweekly to over 40 local business in the Parry Sound area.
• Button making for all occasions such as family reunions, elections, events.
• Community Canvas Paint Night held twice a month.
• Sit & Get Fit Yoga: FREE adaptive/all inclusive yoga class held monthly.
