Description (Service) | The Family Health Team includes Doctors, Nurse Practitioner, Registered Practical Nurses, Social Worker and Mental Health Counselor Partnered with LifeLabs and the Municipality of Powassan to provide blood lab clinic twice a week at the Royal Canadian Legion. |

Public Comments | Blood clinic held at the Powassan and District Union Public Library, 324 Clark Street, Mon, Thu 8 am-11 am, call ahead to ensure the clinic is running, arrive by 10:45 am at the latest. Bring requisition form. |
