Description (Service) | As an alternative to custody for individuals seeking bail release, provides comprehensive community supervision while individuals wait for resolution of their court matters. Provides services as defined by the Ministry of the Attorney General:* provides verified, neutral and factual information about an accused person for the purposes of a bail hearing* provides supervision, counselling and referral services for individuals who are released from custody by the courts, where the condition of release directs that an individual be supervised* offers case management support in partnership with Canadian Mental Health Association Peel for offenders who have a mental illness |
