Public Comments Upper Grand District School Board offers Skills Upgrading Program classes in Drayton, Dundalk, Fergus, Guelph, Mount Forest, Orangeville, Palmerston and Shelburne
Hours Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm
Areas Served Dufferin County ; Wellington County
Eligibility Ontario residents 18 years and older, with reading, writing and math skills below Grade 12 of the Ontario Curriculum
  • must have facility in English
