Description (Service) Provides information, education and support for people with Alzheimer's disease and related dementias and their caregivers. Services include: 
* support groups including ongoing monthly support group meetings, early stage, parental and spousal 
* individualized and family support addressing specific issues 
* free public lectures and information sessions throughout the year 
* stress management strategies  
* Making Memories drop in program  
* Volunteer Companion program (respite) 
* caregiver wellbeing centre includes a lending library of books, videos and publications of interest to families, professionals, students and the public 
* volunteer training centre - use for community groups (capacity 20 people) 
Satellite Office in Shelburne is located at the Mel Lloyd Health Centre, 167 Centre Street
