|Description (Service)||COVID19 Providing individual support by phone or video. * No in person groups at this time. Virtual groups may be available at a later date.
Program provides support to family members and caregivers of people with mental health conditions.
There are three components of this program:
* Family Education Support Worker provides individual support to caregivers.
* An 8 week educational support group to learn with other caregivers
* On-going monthly groups for peer support
