The Transitional Counsellor provides service to women living in the shelter

The program provides

  • risk assessment and safety planning
  • case management
  • referrals to community resources
  • help with finding, securing and maintaining housing
  • ongoing support after discharge from the residential shelter program

Service Details

Hours Resource Center: Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm
Areas Served Northumberland County
Eligibility Individuals identifying as women who have experienced family violence 16 year(s) and up;

Languages Other - Interpretation is provided through MCIS Non-Profit Language Services.
