| Description (Service) | COVID19 Outreach services to clients by phone. * Not accepting new clients at this time. Serves adult members of the community, especially seniors, individuals with Alzheimer disease and other cognitive and/or physical impairments, who require help from family or other in-home caregivers. * Goals: to provide a secure environment to support and nurture the abilities of each individual to maintain personal independence and self-reliance as long as possible and to provide respite for family members and caregivers * A team of professionals - Recreational Therapist, Activity Worker, Registered Nurse and an Adult Day Services Program Manager, staff the Centre. * Hot noon meal, along with nutritious snacks and beverages throughout the day |
