Adult Protective Services provides case coordination and advocacy support for adults who have a developmental disability.  
Services include:  
* assistance with money management  
* developing access to specific community services  
* support for resolving legal issues  
* medical and dental case coordination  
* individualized support (short term)  
* emotional support and long term planning

Must be diagnosed with an intellectual disability and be a resident of Northumberland County
