Description (Service) | Conservation initiative raises public awareness about invasive species and works to prevent their spread. Partnership of the Ontario Federation of Anglers and Hunters and the Ontario Ministry of Natural Resources. * generates public education and awareness of aquatic and terrestrial invading species * encourages public participation to prevent the spread of invasive species * facilitates monitoring and tracking initiatives * provides brochures, fact sheets, audio-visual materials, displays and awareness signs to post at boat launches * guest speakers available To report sightings of invasive species, call the toll-free Invading Species Hotline or visit www.eddmap.org/ontario |
