Description (Service) The Home Depot Canada Foundation is committed to supporting initiatives that help put an end to youth homelessness in Canada.
  • Funding focuses on renovation and repair projects, employment readiness, prevention initiatives and research.
  • Provides support to Canadian registered charities through two grant programs:
    • Community Impact Grant - provides registered Canadian charities with funding for affordable housing and community based improvement projects that benefit Canadians in need, in particular homeless youth and encourage hands-on service through volunteer engagement.
    • The Orange Door Project Grant Program - provides grants up to $50,000 to Canadian registered charitable organizations who are dedicated to preventing and ending youth homelessness in Canada, through the following streams: renovations, prevention, employment/life skills.
