| Eligibility | Accept referrals for clients up to the age of 19 that have functional mobility issues; a delay or difficulty in communication; clients who have difficulties affecting their development or participation in daily activities. Children aged 6 and over will be eligible for service if their delay impacts their ability to function at home or in the community. Augmentative Communication service accepts referrals to age 21. Needs must be home based.
