| Eligibility | Accept referrals for clients up to the age of 19 that have functional mobility issues; a delay or difficulty in communication; clients who have difficulties affecting their development or participation in daily activities. Children aged 6 and over will be eligible for service if their delay impacts their ability to function at home or in the community. Augmentative Communication service accepts referrals to age 21.
