Description (Service) | COVID19 Group classes and community outreach programs temporarily on hold due to COVID-19 A health service of the Campbellford Memorial Hospital, to help diabetics and their families develop a better understanding of diabetes and its management. * Program offers two group education classes each month. Led by a Registered Nurse and a Registered Dietitian, both certified diabetes educators * Monthly Support group. Topics vary. Call for information |
