Description (Service) COVID19 Group classes, monthly support groups and community outreach programs temporarily on hold due to COVID-19 
 
Regular Service 
A health service of the Campbellford Memorial Hospital, to help diabetics and their families develop a better understanding of diabetes and its management.
  • Program offers two group education classes each month. Led by a Registered Nurse and a Registered Dietitian 
  • Monthly Support group. Topics vary. Call for information

Hours COVID19 Phone support available Mon-Thu 8 am-3:30 pm.  
Group education classes and monthly support groups are currently on hold 
 
Regular hours 
Office: Mon-Thu 8 am-4 pm 
Group education classses: RN class - Second Wed of the month 9 am-11:30 am * Dietitian class - Second Thu of the month 9 am-11:30 am. Appointment required for these classes  
Support group: third Wed of the month 1:30 pm-3:30 pm
Areas Served Trent Hills
Eligibility People who have Pre-diabetes, Type 2 Diabetes, Type 1 Diabetes or anyone who cares for someone with Diabetes.
Application Referral by health care professionals.  
Self referrals accepted.  
Call to register for group education classes.
