Description (Service) Services include community integration strategies, referrals, program activities and social events, resource library, public awareness and advocacy on a regional basis. 
* Services are provided at head office and on an outreach basis within the four counties 
* ABI LINK Professional Referrals can be made by primary care professionals 
* ABI LINK Self/Caregiver applications can be made by individuals and their care partners 
* Support available to complete forms 
* Speakers available upon request 
* Programs may change according to need and season.
Service Details
Hours Mon-Fri 8:30 am-4:30 pm (Office may be closed for special programs or staff training. Call to confirm) 
Services are delivered to registered members- 9:30 am-3 pm at the Peterborough Centre 
Services are delivered to registered members at Lindsay Centre Fri 9 am-4 pm
Dates All year - closed on statutory holidays
