| Description (Service) | Northumberland County Community & Social Services is the Consolidated Municipal Service Manager (CMSM) responsible for the delivery and planning of Early Years Services in Northumberland County. This responsibility includes system planning, funding support, management, and a delivery of a wide range of services to support and assist families and children; Licensed Child Care, Private Home Licensed Child Care, Special Needs Resourcing Services, Child Care Fee Subsidy Assistance, EarlyON Child and Family Centres and the Northumberland Best Start Network. |
