Northumberland County Community & Social Services is the Consolidated Municipal Service Manager (CMSM) responsible for the delivery and planning of Early Years Services in Northumberland County.

This responsibility includes:

System planning, funding support, management, and a delivery of a wide range of services to support and assist families and children
Licensed Child Care, Private Home Licensed Child Care, Special Needs Resourcing Services, Child Care Fee Subsidy Assistance, and EarlyON Child and Family Centres

Eligibility	Call the office for information on Fee Subsidy requirements. Fee Subsidy is available across all of Northumberland County to families who qualify. Centralized intake online or at the Cobourg office
