Description (Service) | COVID19 Applications and annual renewals for housing should be completed by mail, fax or email wherever possible. Provide affordable rental housing for people with low to moderate income, seniors or people with special needs throughout Northumberland County. * Offer rent geared-to-income housing for 344 municipally owned units, rent supplement units and private non-profit/co-operative and federal housing providers throughout Northumberland County * Maintains the centralized waiting lists for subsidized housing * Buildings are located in Port Hope, Cobourg, Colborne, Warkworth, Hastings, Brighton and Campbellford * Waiting period for subsidized housing and vacant units are offered on a chronological basis, according to the date the application is received. |
