Our Independent Living Community for seniors aged 65+ offers a range of social housing options.

• Phase 1: spacious one and two-bedroom apartments.
• Phase 2: features comfortable one-bedroom apartments that include meals, housekeeping, and laundry services.
• Phase 3: cozy one-bedroom and bed-sitting rooms, also with meals, housekeeping, and laundry services included.
• Assisted Living/Supportive Housing program available for tenants who meet specific criteria, referrals are done through Ontario Health atHome. Additionally, rent geared to income is available in all phases for qualifying tenants.

Our community also includes a designated care home with a smoke-free policy to ensure a healthy living environment.
