Eligibility CAS wards, temporary wards, care by agreement. Referrals accepted from Multiservice agencies (agencies where parents are seeking residential care where child protection is not an issue) Hard to serve adolescent and preadolescent clients which may have a wide range of problems such as developmental, emotional, and behavioural problems.
