Hours	Mon-Thu: 10 am to 8 pm Fri-Sat: 10 am to 5 pm (Summer hours Saturday closes at 2pm), Sun: Seasonal - see website for opening hours

Eligibility	Anyone can get a Port Hope Public Library card, though some fees may apply depending upon home address. Everyone is welcome to use the library.
Application	Library card registration can only happen in person, with the appropriate identification.

Fees	None; No late fees on materials; only charges for lost or damaged materials. Residents in Cobourg area, eligible for a Cobourg Public Library card, are eligible for a Port Hope Public Library card as part of a reciprocal borrowing program.
