| Description (Service) | Residents of Northumberland County can apply for Christmas Food Hampers. Applicants already receiving assistance can be referred to the Salvation Army by staff at Social Services Agencies. Otherwise applicants will be asked to provide proof of income. Important Information 1. Applicants can only apply at one Christmas provider. 2. Proof of identity for each household member, address and income is required. 3. The Salvation Army is a Giving Tree Menber /agency for Children's Toys. If you required toys, please register with The Salvation Army and pick up your toys on the distribution day. 4.
