Description (Service) The Canadian Hemophilia Society is committed to improving the health and quality of life of all people in Canada with inherited bleeding disorders and ultimately finding cures. 
* Hemophilia is a bleeding disorder that currently does not have a cure 
* Public education program that provides information on hemophilia, HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C, von Willebrand disease, and other inherited bleeding disorders
