|Hours||COVID19 Office closed to the public.
Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm (on call every weekend for emergencies)

|Eligibility||Caregivers of children 0 - 17 with a handicapping condition|
|Application||An application is required for services and subsidy. Referrals may come from any source.
* Concerns should be directed to the Executive Director.

|Fees||Program - Minimal ; Fee assistance available for Subsidy to purchase services from a respite provider of choice for families. Based on needs..|
