Pound for stray dogs and cats.

Dogs and cats quarantined as a result of bites or infectious diseases (as per a directive from Police or Health Unit)
Stray animals are held for 5 business days (not including day of intake) for the owners to claim them. After the holding period they become the property of the Municipal Animal Services.
The Municipal Animal Services' goal is to place all unclaimed animal into a new adoptive home.
