Description (Service) Lifewalk offers counselling, coaching, reiki and hypnosis to those with physical or emotional pain.
  • Supports individuals who are emotionally/physically/mentally/spiritually stressed and want to create changes in their lives.  
  • Individual, couple, family, and children sessions  
  • Information nights and workshops on topics such as non violent communication, sexual abuse, pregnancy, meditation, parenting and raising a special needs child 
  • Meditation and Reiki first degree classes.  
  • Support group for women traumatized in childhood 
  • Community Public speaking on healthy relationships, maintaining wellness, stress reduction, advocacy, co parenting, grief, etc. available for small and large groups
